She specializes in corporate strategy, technology and innovation solutions. Prior to joining Third Horizon Strategies, Cheryl was Senior Vice President of Strategic Resources & Initiatives at The Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers (CIAB) for 15 years in Washington D.C. where she developed results-driven, high-impact programs and resources elevating brokers’ understanding of evolving market and policy dynamics.
Cheryl will discuss how to overcome organizational and cultural barriers that can derail innovation, how to foster an innovative and entrepreneurial culture, and other practical tips you can use to successfully execute your innovation strategy.
